Refund policy

In this policy, a "class" is a meeting session, online or otherwise, held by Aces as part of Aces' courses. A "course" consists of one or more classes, and the right to attend these classes can be obtained by purchasing the course through Aces. A person who has made such a purchase is a "customer" of that course.

Aces has a 30-day refund policy, which means customers have up to 30 days before the first class of a course to request a refund for that course.

In extraneous circumstances, and at Aces' discretion, Aces may choose to accommodate a customer by rescheduling them to another course after the refund deadline for that course has expired. Customers accommodated in this way will forfeit the right to a refund for the new course.

In the unlikely event that Aces must cancel a one-class course, for instance in case of technical difficulties outside of Aces' control, Aces will reschedule the class and notify customers as early as possible. Customers thus affected will remain eligible for a refund up to one day before the new class date.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
